Anyone can throw together a bunch of movements, sets, and reps and call it a workout. Sure, it may spike your heart rate and make your muscles sore, but is it really improving your fitness? The best athletes in the world don't do randomized workouts, so why should you!
This is why we meticulously program all of our training into cycles. Each cycle has progressively overloaded strategies with defined goals designed to keep you making measurable improvements over time. It's common for experienced CrossFitters to walk through our doors, convinced they've peaked, just to see themselves PR their lifts in the coming months.
