Things we think you'll want to know
We ask that you show up to the gym hydrated and ready to get moving 15 minutes before class. Say "What's Up" to Adam to take care of some housekeeping before meeting your coach and workout partners in the jungle.
10-15 min warm-up: We always make sure that your body is primed to move as safe and effectively as possible.
45-50 min class time: Get ready to work hard and embrace the suck unlocking your full athletic potential.
Feel free to hang back after class to chat with Matt and Adam about your health & fitness questions, things to do in Chicago and/or hear your class & experience feedback.
Eat well. Rest up. Meet us back in the jungle tomorrow!
