A PERFORMANCE APPROACH

We Are Capable of More Than We Think

The Jaguar is the fittest creature in the Animal Kingdom. Are they the most agile? No. Are they the fastest? No. Are they the strongest? No. Fitness is not the measurement of a single attribute but rather the sum of the total. The Jaguar can pounce at a moment’s notice, can run at 50 mph, and carry prey twice its size up a tree or while swimming.

Human beings, being animals themselves, are not meant to be hunched over a computer all day consuming fuel that was packaged months prior. Let's aspire, aspire to be the Jaguar. We are always going to have life demands that prevent us from constantly moving and restrict our eating habits. Why not try to become as healthy as we possibly can? They say shoot for the moon and you’ll land among the stars… we say, "shoot for the Jaguar and you’ll land among the big cats!"
