WHAT TO EXPECT

Train alongside knowledgeable coaches and a driven community for the support and push you need to get out of your comfort zone and reach your true fitness potential.

 

Jaguar Perform is a 1-hour group fitness class programmed for results. Taking the guesswork out of how to progress, so you can focus on the task at hand. Working through our training programs will unlock new ranges of motion, levels of strength, and cardio capabilities.

THE WARM-UP (10-15 MIN)

Begin your workout with a coach-led mobility and activation sequence tailored to the workout and strength movements that day, to prep the body to function at its highest level.

OPTIMIZE - LIFTING (20-25min)

A training program should not be a one-size-fits-all. Each day you will choose your own goal/path which will optimize your workout for the exact change YOU want to make in your body. The ability to choose your path offers personal training  level adaption in a group class atmosphere.
