Adam Powles is the COO (Chief Optimization Officer) of Jaguar Strength & Conditioning. Adam’s fitness journey began with high school sports, but a lack of team workouts left him uninspired and overweight.

Working in NYC, serving for AmeriCorps, he joined a local gym and got in the best shape of his young life, until college life got the best of him and his body composition. After his drastic fluctuations in weight and fitness dedication Adam discovered how consistent discipline at the gym could not only get his waistline back in check but help mitigate the stress of adulthood.

Adam’s passion is to show people the benefits: physically, mentally, and emotionally that they can find in a fitness tribe.
