Becoming The Jaguar is the perfect first-step to mastering and reaping the rewards of functional fitness.

We know entering the world of Strength and Conditioning can be overwhelming. But, new jargons and new movements, big weights and high intensity shouldn’t prevent you from finding your new fitness obsession.

The Becoming The Jaguar program is recommended to anyone who is brand new to functional fitness/CrossFit and is eager to embark on a new fitness adventure. You’ll spend 4 one-hour sessions getting familiar with the tools, the movements, and the flow of class we use in the Jungle, to seamlessly integrate into our group classes. This program isn’t only for you to learn about the jungle, this is also about us learning about YOU. Sessions will be one-on-one allowing us to work with you and learn your motivations, your goals, and the ways we can get you to where you want to be.
