Strength and Conditioning has been athletes' approach to prepping their bodies since sport has been around. Along the way, coaches, trainers, and sports scientists have discovered tried and true principles that are fundamental to changing the body. Progressive overload and periodized programming are essential to mastering your movements and allowing you to get the maximum return on your time and effort.


CrossFit training revolutionized the way we view fitness. It showed the world that fitness should make us strong, lean, functional, and communal. CrossFit is a powerful methodology that drives impacts in body composition, strength, athleticism, and the fight against metabolic disease.

 

Out with the muscle isolation machines, ellipticals, and hours pacing around strangers with your headphones. And in with full body compound movements, intensity, and a group of dedicated individuals getting after it by your side.

It's been some years (and some injuries) since I had done CrossFit/strength and conditioning. When I decided to tip toe back into it, Matt, Ross and the crew at Jaguar Strength met me where I was. They are always there to motivate and never hesitate to help me scale what I need to. The workouts are great. The people are welcoming. And I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a gym that will truly make you want to show up and get stronger than you were before.
