Jaguar Strength and Conditioning expanded to Lemont in October and now that all of our renovations are officially finalized, we're ready to show off our new space to the community!

the workout

We are running two FREE group workouts in the morning. You are required to sign up for your preferred heat time; either 8am or 9:30am:

The class will be 60 minutes, including a workout de-brief and warm up. The workout will incorporate movements that can be easily modified and scaled to your experience. No experience required!!
