Getting started can be one of your biggest hurdles. But, if you make it to Jaguar Strength, we've got the rest from there! Progress will be waiting for you on the other side.

Our Foundations program includes 4-sessions with our experienced coaches to learn the basics such as class structure, workout format and learning/gaining familiarity with equipment and movements, so that you can train effectively, safely and confidently when you're ready to join the group classes.
